How involved do we need to be?

We’ll handle the heavy lifting, the logistics, vendor management, and production while keeping you fully informed and empowered to make the fun, creative decisions.
You’ll never have to chase an email, confirm a detail twice, or guess where things stand.

Why percentage-based instead of a flat rate?
Every event is different in size, complexity, and creative ambition.
A flat rate can unintentionally overcharge smaller weddings or undercharge large-scale ones.
By tying our fee to your actual investment, we ensure that your support matches your scope and that you receive the time, attention, and team your event truly requires.

Do you mark up vendor services or take commissions?
No. We do not accept kickbacks or markups from vendors.
Our 10% planning fee is the only compensation we receive, which keeps our guidance fully transparent and our recommendations always in your best interest.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. Though we’re based in the Northeast, we regularly work throughout Connecticut, the Hudson Valley, New England, and destination locations. Travel details vary by event and are outlined clearly in your proposal.

We specialize in elevated, design-forward weddings that value thoughtful details, guest experience, and cohesive storytelling. Whether tented, estate, modern, or destination, our work is best suited for couples who appreciate a high level of refinement and partnership.

Do you offer day-of or month-of coordination?
We do not offer standalone coordination. The level of expertise and preparation required for a seamless wedding day begins well before the final month. Our Partial Planning service is the closest option, beginning months in advance so we can properly manage logistics, vendors, and design cohesion.
